Taiwan Travels: Day —

A thousand wandering thoughts snaking through my experiences, emotions, and exaltations. Body weary to the bone, mind dulled, but spirit sharp. These words are by no means an assessment of my time here in Taiwan, nor a perfect record, but merely a dim, blurry reflection, capturing moments that attempt to slip through my fingers like grains of sand. Each day, each passing hour, each moment in time is truly a gift. I’ll be getting back to encasing those in solid charcoal boxes the next chance I get, the lacy parcels that wrap a thousand and one memories in black text, neat and arranged lines that when opened defy any order and construction, instead leading the mind to a portal to a parallel world.
